Lockport native Kelsey Frasier earns her third Big South Scholar-Athlete honor

HI POINT, N.C. —

The Panthers placed five runners in the top 10 and High Point defeated Liberty for the team crown.
Last year, the 5-7 Fraser won the Big South title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and set and HPU record of 10:52.72.
At LHS, kelsey was a three-time Section VI champion and six-time state qualifier and was named First Team All-Western New   York and Team MVP.
She set school and league records in the 2,000-meter steeplechase and 1,500-meter and was a member of the Lady Lions’ record-setting   4-by-800 relay team.
