Lockport bowler wins eight titles.

LOCKPORT — Tracey Stoddard dominated the 2012 City Bowling Tournament, claiming eight women’s titles.

The results are in from the 70th championships and handicap tournament at historic Allie Brandt Lanes, April 14-15 and April   21-22.

Among other highlights, Bill Vogel’s Used Cars No. 2 team anchorman Dan Kinyon hammered three straight strikes in the 10th   frame of the final game to slip into the Open Handicap Team event title by one pin over Dave Bunn’s “Hot Bunns” team, 2,912   to 2,911.

In addition, Bill Vogel’s Used Cars No. 2 also captured the Open Scratch team event. The team’s scores of a 1,048 team game   and 2,876 team series are new scratch team tournament records.

Stoddard claimed both the women’s singles scratch title (730) and the women’s singles handicap crown (772). She went on to   win the women’s all-events scratch (2,044) and handicap (2,170) titles, as well as the women’s combine scratch (1,425) and   handicap (1,509) divisions.

Not to be out done, Tracey’s mother, Pat Stoddard, contributed to the family trophy case by helping the “Pat’s Bunnies” team   to the women’s team scratch title.
