Verizon lawsuit appeal up in the air
No decision has been made regarding an of the appeal of the Rizzo v. Verizon suit, Art Giacalone, the lawyer for Mary Ann Rizzo, said Wednesday.

Verizon is on Somerset's horizon
It’s Verizon the town envisions on the horizon, a horizon clouded over a bit by a potential state taxing law.
A multi-million dollar data center next door to AES is being considered by Verizon Communications Inc., spokesperson John Bonomo disclosed Sunday.
