LPD investigating car's collision with man

The City of Lockport Police Department is invesitgating an accident that occurred Friday afternoon at the Washington Street Rite Aid. A 72-year-old City of Lockport man was struck by a vehicle while walking in the store's parking lot. He was transported to ECMC by Mercy Flight with head trauma. The driver of the vehicle, Murphy Incardona, was arrested for alcohol related offenses according to police.

DISORDERLY: Nathaniel Carson, 22, 6594 Dysinger Road was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct. According to the report, Carson was arrested by Lockport Police after they responded to a reported fight at a Clinton Street bar. After speaking with police, Carson then began to yell racial obscenities at an unknown black male. He is scheduled to appear Monday in City Court.

CONTEMPT: Floyd McGriff, 38, 368 Walnut St. was charged Friday with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the report, a Church Street resident told police that McGriff, who she has a valid order of protection from, is 'constantly driving past he and her friends houses.' After he drove by for the fourth time in a matter of minutes, the woman attempted to take a picture of McGriff. He responded by getting out of the vehicle, grabbed his genitals and said "take a picture of this (expletive)!" McGriff was later arrested and was scheduled to appear Friday in City Court.
