TRESPASS: Aaron S. Hill, 45, 2904 Ewings Road was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespass. According to the report, Lockport Police and the victim had both told Hill not to return to a Walnut Street residence, but he entered a fenced-in area of the property and remained there until he was located by police. He is schedule to appear Monday in City Court.

UNDERAGE DRINKING: Tahje L. Hennebohl, 16, 13 Harvey Avenue was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor. According to the report, Lockport Police observed a young male stumbling around inside a Main Street restaurant. They questioned Hennebohl, who smelled of alcohol and appeared to be intoxicated, and administered a sobriety test, following which he admitted to having consumed a few alcoholic beverages. He is scheduled to appear Tuesday in City Court.

DISORDERLY: Eugene F. Barger, 26, 193 Park Avenue was charged Friday with endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct. According to the report, Lockport Police were informed that an intoxicated man was dragging a young female by her hair down Locust Street, and observed Barger doing so. While interviewing him, they saw Barger was highly intoxicated. He repeatedly pulled the juvenile’s hair and hit her in the head while trying to grab her before being separated by police. He became belligerent and yelled “take me to (expletive) jail, (expletive) this, (expletive) everybody.” He is scheduled to appear Monday in City Court. The victim was released into the custody of a family member.

ASSAULT/MENACING: Andrew J. Cornelius, 20, 101 Genesee Street was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and third-degree menacing. According to the report, Lockport Police spoke with the victim of a domestic incident, who said Cornelius, her boyfriend, had shoved her and had struck her in the stomach. The victim, who is pregnant, was transported to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport. Cornelius is scheduled to appear Monday in City Court.

ASSAULT: Kristin L. Wallace, 30, 10 Bristol Avenue was charged Friday with third-degree assault. According to the report, Lockport Police responding to a reported fight at a South Transit Road business located Wallace hiding in the rear of the store and detained her. Witnesses told police that Wallace had entered the store appearing intoxicated and agitated; she walked up to a woman and slapped her across the face. She then is said to have struck the victim repeatedly in the face. Wallace is scheduled to appear Monday in City Court.

Town of Lockport

DRUGS: Michael D. Gillies, 7914 Fletcher Road, Akron, and Tyler J. WIlkinson, 18, 6125 Strauss Road, Lockport were charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the report, a Niagara County Sheriff’s patrol observed a vehicle on Robinson Road with a hanging license plate, no visible registration sticker and tinted window and initiated a traffic stop. A draw-string bag containing marijuana and a glass smoking pipe was found between the driver, Wilkinson, and passenger, Gillies. Gillies told the patrol the drugs belonged to both he and Wilkinson. They are scheduled to appear Sept. 4 in Town of Lockport Court.
