LOCKPORT — City of Lockport
MARIJUANA: Dylan J. Simons, 16, 3779 Coomer Road, Newfane was charged with possession of marijuana, failure to signal and a unlicensed driver Saturday. Simons was stopped at 2:40 a.m. for a traffic violation on West Genesee Street. According to the report, Simons had a small amount of marijuana in his pocket and more under the driver’s seat of the vehicle.
