Town of Lockport

• CRIMINAL TRESPASS: A Robinson Road woman reported that while she was asleep about 3:30 a.m. Saturday, an intoxicated man entered her house swore at her, grabbed her by the arm and pulled her into the hallway. She reported the man spit on her and struck her with an open hand. Deputies filed paperwork for warrants for second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment. The Lockport police has an outstanding warrant for the suspect as well.

Niagara Falls

• PETIT LARCENY: Vincent Q. Chew, 49, 2972 Maple Road, Newfane, was charged with petit larceny at 6 p.m. Friday for taking a 12-pack of beer from a grocery store in the 1000 block of Portage Road without paying for it. The beer was valued at $8.99.
