LARCENY: Vincent M. Pittman, 29, 251 High St. Apt. 1 was charged with petit larceny at 1:50 p.m. Saturday. According to a report, a victim told police that she noticed in the last week that items were missing from her locked bedroom. The items included two lamps valued at $50 and two black handled kitchen knives valued at $20. On Saturday she went to work at 8:30 a.m. and left two cigarettes on a table next to her bed and locked her bedroom door. When she returned at 11:30 a.m., they were gone. She told police she suspected her roommate is breaking into her room. After an investigation, police arrested Pittman. Bail was set at $100.

DWI: Benjamin White, 57, 43 Vine St. upper apartment was charged Friday at 9:30 p.m. with driving while intoxicated. Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Locust and Willow streets. White, one of the drivers, was being treated by Lockport firefighters. Police noticed that White staggered as he walked and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. He failed field sobriety tests. Bail was set at $100.
