n CHARGED: Philip D. Schoenfeldt, 23, 5915 Collins Drive was charged with disobeying a stop sign and driving while intoxicated. The police saw Schoenfeldt run a stop sign on Ransom Street at 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Officers could smell the odor of alcoholic beverage and the Schoenfeldt’s eyes appeared bloodshot at watery. Schoenfeldt failed field sobriety tests.
n CHARGED: Micah R. Bogue, 20, 50 Garland St., Lyndonville, was charged with disobeying a stop sign and driving while intoxicated. At 12:30 a.m. Saturday, officers saw Bogue disobey a stop sign on East Avenue and Davison. They could smell alcohol and Bogue’s eyes appeared bloodshot. He failed field sobriety tests.
n CHARGED: Daron C. Woods, 247 Washburn St., Apt. 3, was charged with an equipment violation, aggravated unlicensed violation and criminal contempt. Woods was stopped at 3:20 a.m. Saturday on Transit Street for an equipment violation. Woods was in contempt of a court order by driving before his license was reinstated.
n CHARGED: Jason M. Degnan, 31, 75 Outwater St. was charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana. Police saw Degnan make an illegal right turn Friday. They could smell the odor of alcohol and Degnan had slurred speech. He failed field sobriety tests. During the search of the vehicle, marijuana was found.

n BURGLARY: A Townline Road man reported that someone entered his unattached garage overnight Thursday and took a 2008 Kawasaki ATV and an Apple iPhone. The ATV was green and black with Monster energy drink decals on it and was valued at $10,000. The victim stated he believes the suspects put the ATV in neutral and pushed it to where they could load it.

n charged: Kristi B. Wachowski, 29, 376 Birchwood Drive, Lockport, was charged early Saturday with second-degree false reporting of an incident. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
