• MISCHIEF: Bryan S. Mussell, 24, 192 Grand St., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Thursday afternoon. Mussell is accused of causing a ruckus at his ex-girlfriend's home, where he slammed shut a storm door with enough force to shatter the glass panes, according to the police report. Mussell is due in City Court on Monday.

• DISORDERLY: Joshua M. Berner, 23, 3531 Moyer Road, North Tonawanda, and Duane R. Bartz, 37, 175 Church St., both were charged with disorderly conduct early Thursday on Main Street. A police officer on routine patrol observed Berner and Bartz in an apparent shoving match outside Gonzo's bar, the report said. Both men are due in City Court on Monday.

• FORGERY: Sameer K. Garg, 25, 5645 Shimerville Road, Clarence, was charged with second-degree forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument Wednesday evening outside Rite Aid, 125 S. Transit St. Garg is accused of getting a forged prescription for hydrocodone filled; Rite Aid staff confirmed with the apparent prescription issuer that the prescription was not legitimate, the police report said. Garg was found to be in possession of 180 hydrocodone tablets, 26 morphine tabs wrapped in plastic and several prescription bottles written in his name, the report said. Garg was held without bail pending a Monday appearance in City Court.

• LARCENY: David M. Soulvie, 33, 5652 Keck Road, was charged on a warrant with petit larceny late Wednesday on Prospect Street. On Nov. 7, police took a report from a South Niagara Street man who said Soulvie snatched a $100 bill off the bar at the Niagara Hotel and fled. Soulvie was taken into custody after a patrol officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in which he was a passenger, the report said. Soulvie was held on $100 police bail pending a Monday appearance in City Court.

Town of Lockport

• LARCENY: Philip A. Jones, 19, 6489 Dysinger Road, was charged with petit larceny and acting in a manner injurious to a child Wednesday afternoon at Tops Market, South Transit Road. Jones and a juvenile male are accused of shoplifting, according to New York State Police. Jones is due in town court Nov. 29.

• DWI: Nicholas A. Fox, 19, 17 Hoover Parkway, Lockport, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and a license restriction violation Wednesday morning on Saunders Settlement Road. He was given tickets to appear in town court Dec. 4, aaccording to New York State Police.
