Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Porter

DWI: Carla A. Gibson, 34, 3731 Creek Road, Youngstown was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving on the shoulders, endangering the welfare of a child, failure to keep right and improper signal Sunday. At 8:43 p.m. the patrol observed a vehicle cross the fog line and center line several times. According to the report, Gibson said they were coming from the Wilson-Tuscarora State Park where they had spent most of the day. There was an odor of alcoholic beverage. Gibson had slurred speech, glossy bloodshot eyes and impaired motor coordination. She failed four of five field sobriety tests.

Lewiston

MARIJUANA: Brittany L. Renda, 20, 4637 Saunders Settlement Road, Lockport was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana, back seat passenger, 4, with no seatbelt and operation of a motor vehicle with obstructed vision Monday. According to the report, the police observed a vehicle on Saunders Settlement with a small child standing in the back seat. The driver's vision was obstructed. The sheriff's patrol located a small amount of marijuana in the console on the roof of the vehicle. Renda was issued three tickets and an appearance ticket. Renda's license was suspended in April. There were two failure to answer summons out of Town of Wheatland and Monroe County.

Town of Lockport

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Paula J. Boettcher, 54,  254 Crestwood Drive was charged with disorderly conduct Monday. According to the report, the sheriff's department patrol was dispatched to Crestwood Drive and Boettcher came out from her residence swearing at patrol about her neighbor. The patrol advised Boettcher to go back into her residence. Boetrcher began walking away and yelled obscenities at the police.
