CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:

A representative of Grossman’s Bargain Outlet, 5770 South Transit Road, reported on Monday that sometime between 7 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday an unknown person damaged the metal fence and metal fence posts that surrounds the rear storage yard. The representative said nothing appears to have been stolen, but damage to the fence and posts was estimated at $1,000.

BURGLARY:

A Tonawanda Creek Road woman reported on Tuesday that sometime between August 13 and August 16 an unknown person entered her residence while she was not home. The victim said that the suspect removed $450 out of $1,600 cash from an unlocked gun safe, approximately 150 pounds of venison from a freezer in the basement, two Hitachi roofing guns, one Porter Cable framing gun, one Dewalt drill, two five-gallon buckets, one Kindle Fire and one cord of wood from the yard. According to the victim, her break lines on her vehicle were cut, and the air was let out of her tires.

BURGLARY:

A Charlottesville Road man reported on Tuesday that an unknown person entered his garage through an unlocked window and took 250 pounds of copper welding leads valued at $600 that were on his welding cart located in the middle area of the garage. The victim believes the suspect may have exited through the man door due to the dead bolt being unlocked.
