MARIJUANA:
Kevin L. Mitchell, 24, 51 Park Place was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Wednesday. According to the report, Mitchell was found with marijuana while appearing in city court at 10:55 a.m.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:
A Royal Parkway resident reported hearing a boom about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday and found smoke on her front lawn. It appeared that someone had thrown a tin foil bomb on her lawn. There was minor damage, but it was also discovered that an unknown person had thrown eggs at the south side of the residence. The resident said her house was egged on Saturday but was never reported.
HARASSMENT: Lisa M. Boyer, 34, 197 Lock St. was charged with second-degree harassment, physical contact Wednesday. The sheriffs patrol responded to Lincoln Place for the report of a fight at 1:06 a.m. According to the report, several people were in front of the residence and Boyer pulled up in a red SUV. She punched the victim in her left eye. The victim had a bruise below her left eye and a scratch along the back of her neck. She refused medical attention.
