Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

CHARGED: Sterling T. Jones, 19, 67 Webb St. was charged with bail jumping Wednesday. Jones, who lived on Beattie Avenue, had been charged with obstruction of governmental administration. He was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and the suggested bail was $10,000.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Keith G. Dobucki, 33, 281 Walnut St., Apt. 3 was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Wednesday. The police were called to Walnut Street to investigate a disturbance. According to the report, Dobucki had an argument with the victim and was told to leave. Dobucki kicked a rear door repeatedly and caused $200 damage. The police were called and Dobucki was located.

Town of Lockport

CHARGED: Jarad R. Matsulavage, 19, Robinson Road was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Wednesday. According to the State Police report, Matsulavage was found to be in possession of a flat screen television that was stolen from a Town of Royalton residence in June. The investigation revealed that Matsulavage had knowledge that the television was stolen. Matsulavage was arraigned in the Town of Lockport court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $1,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 6.

BURGLARY: An Akron Road man reported Tuesday that an unknown person took items valued at  $711 from his home. According to the sheriff’s report, the victim left his apartment at 7:30 a.m. and  came home at 4:15 p.m. The door was unlocked and his kitchen and bathroom lights were on. A 48-inch RCA television was taken along with a Playstation 3 and four games. His window was unlocked and the screen was missing. Patrol discovered a bent gray screen laying partially under the bushes.
