CHARGED: Koffi Kossi, 46, 1659 98th St. Niagara Falls charged with soliciting without a permit Tuesday. The police responded to a complaint of a salesman for Just Energy on Willow Street at at 4:53 p.m. According to the report, Kossi had a permit in Niagara Falls, but not in Lockport. Kossi was given an appearance ticket and was told to discontinue until he gets a Lockport permit.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Kyle M. Wilcocks, 18, 283 West Ave. was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Tuesday. According to the report, Wilcocks kicked a rear door at Northpointe Council Services at Lockview Plaza and caused $400 damage.
WARRANT: Judy D. Hundshamer, 54, 1621 Jonesburg Road, Simpsonville, S.C. turned herself in on an outstanding bench warrant from city court. Hundshamer was arrested on Oct. 23. for having an unlicensed dog.

HARASSMENT: Romello D. Desso, 17, 528 5th St. Niagara Falls was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration Tuesday. According to the report, Desso spat into the face of a corrections officer at the Niagara County Jail. Desso was transported the Town of Lockport Court for arraignment and transported to the Niagara County Jail where he was held in lieu of $500 cash bail.
DWI: Lisa An Sebo, 47, 6947 Lockwood Lane was charged with driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway and moving from lane unsafely Sunday. According to the report, the patrol observed a vehicle pull out of the Valu Home Center plaza without stopping or yielding to traffic. The patrol slowed down to avoid a collision. The vehicle stopped in the Tops Plaza parking lot. There was an odor of an alcoholic beverage. Sebo had slurred speech, impaired motor coordination and glossy bloodshot eyes. She gave a positive on-scene reading for the presence of alcohol. A cold open bottle of TGI Fridays flavored vodka drink was found in the vehicle, within reach of the driver. The DataMaster chemical test revealed Sebo to have a .13 blood alcohol content.
DWI: Corey C. Bedford, 24, 7950 Slayton Settlement Road, Gasport was charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely Sunday. According to the report, the sheriff’s patrol observed a vehicle on Lincoln Ave Extension drive off of the roadway at 3:13 a.m. The vehicle almost struck a speed limit sign and four trees located in the yard. Bedford had glassy eyes, slurred speech and the odor of an alcoholic beverage. He failed field sobriety tests. Bedford’s blood alcohol content was .08 percent.
BURGLARY: A Dysinger Road resident reported that her apartment was entered and a Sony TV was taken. The TV, valued a $400, was in an unopened box in the living room.
BURGLARY: The owner of the Sunrise Cafe on Rochester Road reported the recovery of a cash register that was stolen Sunday. A east side window of the restaurant was smashed in with a rock and the cash register was ripped from the counter. The cash register was never opened and still contained about $100 in cash. The cash register was turned it over to the property evidence locker to be tested for fingerprint evidence. There was $300 damage to the window.
