CHARGED: Two Lockport women face charges following an incident which allegedly occurred Oct. 8. Jerry M. Incorvaia, 37, 6 Walnut St. Apt. 2 was charged with making a punishable false statement and reporting falsely on an incident. The case was turned over to the detective division. Grace M. Incorvaia, 32, 298 Grand St. Apt. 1 was charged with aggravated harassment. Jerry Incorvaia was arrested at 6 Walnut St. at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday. Grace Incorvaia turned herself into police headquarters at 10:59 a.m. on Thursday.

DWI: Paul W. Currey, 57, of Lockport was charged by State Police with driving while intoxicated at 11:50 p.m. Thursday. He was issued an appearance ticket.
