DWI: Aaron M. Wizner, no age or address given, was charged with driving while intoxicated and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway Monday. According to the report, the sheriff’s patrol found Wizner slumped over his steering wheel, with the motor running on Cayuga Drive at Niagara Falls Boulevard and Walmore Road at 1:06 a.m. Several people came out of Tim Hortons and reported that Wizner had been passed out for an extended period of time. The patrol knocked repeatedly on the window of the vehicle with a flashlight, but Wizner did not respond. He did not have the coordination to remove the keys and there was the strong odor of alcoholic beverage. Wizner’s speech was slurred and he had bloodshot and glassy eyes. He failed field sobriety tests. An open, half-full 24-ounce Schultz Gravity beer was in the center console and was still cold.
