City of Lockport

CHARGED: Katherine M. Mahnke, 19, 144 Pine St. Apt. 2 was charged with false personation Sunday. According to the report, Mahnke was found at a South Street address during a treatment court home visit for another party. Mahnke gave a different first name. There was a full  order of protection valid until June 30. After further investigation in a prior assault case, it was learned that the female was Mahnke.

PETIT LARCENY: Erica J. Rutty, 29, 60 Weld St. was charged with petit larceny Sunday. According to the report, Rutty took a box containing several items with a value of $1,000 from a Prentice Street residence. The victim confronted Rutty and Rutty returned the items. The victim could not tell if everything was returned and is willing to pursue charges.

PETIT LARCENY: John Wayne Walsh, 29, 103 Genesee St. Apt 3B  was charged with petit larceny Monday. According to the report, Walsh took a bicycle from Ruhlman Road. He ordered a chicken strip meal at Denny's Restaurant and left without paying. Walsh was placed under arrest remanded to the custody of Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 police bail.
