HARASSMENT: Eric A. Ellis, 33, 81 Gabriel Drive, Apt. A, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt following a domestic disturbance. According to the report, Ellis and his girlfriend got into an argument that escalated into a physical confrontation. The victim told police that he has pushed her against a wall and raised his left hand like he was going to hit her but did not strike her. Ellis was arrested and booked without incident, and is scheduled to appear Monday in City Court.
DRUGS: Jonathan K. Banks, 19, 14 Westfield Drive, Medina was charged Sunday with criminal possession of marijuana after a traffic stop. According to the report, the vehicle had a strong smell of marijuana. When prompted, Banks handed over a green leafy material and then later gave police three zip lock bags containing a similar material — all tested positive for the presence of marijuana. While in booking, $792.25 was seized from Banks and placed into an evidence locker with the drugs. Banks was held in lieu of $200 bail and is scheduled to appear Monday in City Court.
