CHARGED: Anthony C. Myles, 26, 27 Elmwood Ave. Apt. 2 was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Tuesday. According to the report, Myles entered the vehicle of a victim at 5:20 a.m. and broke a passenger window. He turned himself in at the police department at 12:20 p.m. The victim requested an order of protection.

CHARGED: Christina L. Sargent, 23, 368 Hawley St., Apt. 3 was charged with third-degree attempted assault Tuesday. Police responded to McCue Avenue on March 9 for the report of a violation of a court order. No order was violated, but a fight did take place. According to the report, the victim said that Sargent attempted to strangle him.  The victim had a large scratch down the front of his chest and marks on his neck. The incident was investigated and Sargent was arrested on Tuesday.

ASSAULT: Donathan L. Alston, 40, no permanent address, was charged with two counts of second-degree assault. According to the report, the victim was struck with a beer bottle and suffered a stab wound in the stomach after a verbal argument on Lock Street and Grand Street on Friday. Alston fled on Grand Street. The victim was treated at  Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Alston was located on Harvey Avenue on Tuesday and arrested.

HARASSMENT: John R. Platt, 24, 163 South St., Apt. 1 was charged with second-degree harassment and trespass Monday. According to the report, Platt entered the victim’s vehicle Case Court and walked towards the victim in a threatening manner. The victim used his cane to strike Platt in the leg. Platt left and was located at Prospect and Niagara Street.

CHARGED: Two men were charged after a traffic stop on North Adam Street on Tuesday. Michael L. Card, 29, 2303 Five Mile Road 18, Allegany was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, failure to keep right and an equipment violation. Steven J. Cushman, 26, 1277 County Road, Wellsville criminal possession of a hypodermic needle. According to the report, the police observed a vehicle on the Clinton Street hill without plate lights and crossing the double line. The police found five hypodermic needles under the passenger seat.

CHARGED: Bryan L. Fitts, 22, 374 East Ave. was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree criminal contempt. The police assisted the probation department at 11 a.m. Monday on East Avenue. According to the report. The police found a compound bow with two arrows and marijuana. A shotgun and compound bow were in violation of Fitts’ probation.
