CHARGED: Deborah L. Woodruff, 43, 80 Gabriel Drive, Apt. B was charged with third-degree attempted assault and criminal trespass Monday. According to the report, Woodruff entered the apartment uninvited of a Gabriel Driver resident and started a fight. She was told to leave, but returned to the apartment and hit the victim in the head with an empty beer bottle. The Lockport Fire Department treated the victim’s injury.
PETIT LARCENY: Jane F. Olear, 45, 23 Prentice St. was charged with petit larceny Monday. According to the report, Olear took items from an apartment on 77 Main St. on April 31. The victim did not want to press charges at the time, but reconsidered and charges were filed.
CRIMINAL CONTEMPT: Jacob S. Ruhl, 21, 115 South St., Apt. 2 was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the report, Ruhl had a stay-away order, but continued to walk by the victim’s residence on Washburn Street.
