BENCH WARRANT: Dawn J. Skutt, 43, 13 William St. Apt. 2 was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant Monday. Skutt violated the condition of her sentence on a driving while ability impaired charge.

CHARGED: Randell L. Fryer, 22, 140 Ward St., Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, obstruction of governmental administration, second-degree impersonation and second-degree criminal trespass Monday. Police responded to Washburn and Walnut Streets at 12:47 p.m. on Monday for the report of a man carrying handgun. According to the report, Fryer, who was with another man, ignored commands and walked away and into a Washburn Street address. A gun was not located. The tenant in the apartment did not know Fryer and wished to pursue trespassing charges. Fryer, who gave a fictitious name, had active warrants from the Rochester and Buffalo Police Departments. During the booking process, a small amount of marijuana was found on Fryer.

CHARGED: Armand R. Roger Jr., 23, 8504 Ridge Road, Gasport was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, passing a red traffic signal and making a punishable false statement Monday. According to the report, Roger ran a red light at Washburn and Walnut Streets on April 2 causing an accident. He fled on foot and could not be located by police.

MARIJUANA: Evan R. Ryan, 17, 258 Norwood Ave., Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Monday. According to the report, Ryan was smoking marijuana in the boys bathroom at Wyndham Lawn. Suspected drug paraphernalia was found in his bedroom.
