Elizabeth N. DuFour

LOCKPORT — Elizabeth N. (Nadeau) DuFour, 102, of Lockport, NY, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013 in Odd Fellow and Rebekah Rehabilitation and Health Care. Born January 23, 1911 in Fort Kent, ME, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Edith (DuFour) Nadeau and attended schools there. Elizabeth was employed by the International Paper Company as a production worker, a former member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church and the Newfane Golden Agers. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her son, George (Rosalyn) DuFour of New Mexico; her sisters, Mae (late      Milton Quick and John) Donovan of Newfane, NY, Eva (Roland) Martineau of Lockport, NY; two grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Lucien DuFour; her grandsons, William and Richard; four brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call Friday, March 8th from 9:30-11:30 AM at ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC., 319-24th St., cor. Welch Ave., Niagara Falls, NY, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at         12:00 Noon at Divine Mercy Parish, 24th and Niagara Sts., with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating. Burial following in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
