J. Edward Hall

NEWFANE —  

J. Edward Hall of Newfane, NY, husband of Alice Mae Rhinehart Hall, entered into rest on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at home. He was born in Greensburg, PA, on February 8, 1931.
He married Alice Mae Rhinehart on December 30, 1950. They moved to Newfane 58 years ago from Lockport, NY. Ed was a self-employed plaster and drywall hanger. He was a member of Newfane United Methodist Church and enjoyed traveling and playing golf.
Father of Daniel J. Hall of Los Angeles, CA, Sueanne M. (Warren) Brown of Stow, OH, Thomas R. Hall of Los Angeles, CA, Nancy J. Hall of Fisherville, Virginia and the late Roxanne Marie Hall and Ronald S. Hall. Grandfather of Joshua D. Brown and Amanda M. (Jeremy) Lee. Great-grandfather of Abigail, Nathan, Samantha and Grayson Lee. Brother-in-law of Wilbert Rhinehart of Lockport, Forrest E. (Janice) Rhinehart of Snyder, NY and the late Joan Rhinehart.
Friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2670 Main St., Newfane, NY on TUESDAY 4-8 PM, where funeral services will be held on WEDNESDAY at 11:00 AM. Memorials to Newfane Free Library, 2761 Maple Ave., Newfane, NY 14108 would be appreciated by the family.
