Beatrice Stockwell Hicks, age 92, of Phoenix, AZ, died on February 21, 2013. Bea grew up in Wilson and Newfane and graduated from Newfane High School in 1937.
She was the widow of Lt. Col. Floyd S. Hicks. Mother of Claudia Noller of Phoenix, AZ and Scott St. James of Valley Village, CA; sister of Marian S. Winger of Wilson, NY. Also survived by two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held later this year in Wilson, NY.
