WILSON —
Emmalou (Schrader) Reppentine of Wilson, May 9, 2012, in Niagara Hospice House, with her loving family at her side. Born in Lewiston on July 17, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Emma (Duxbury) Schrader.
She was a 1960 graduate of Wilson and a 1964 graduate of RIT with a Bachelor's in Accounting and Business. Emmalou worked seven years for the Wilson High School Principal, Deputy Clerk under Jean Seefeldt, and over 30 years as the Wilson Village Clerk from which she retired. A community leader she made numerous blankets for individuals, a block parent, member of the Optimut Club, and volunteer at Exley United Methodist of which she was a member. Emmalou also was very involved in Watch Wilson Grow, South Wilson Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Ontario Shores Credit Union Trustee. An avid gardener, she loved cooking and entertaining with Super Bowl parties, traveling, shopping, spending time with family and friends, especially the grandchildren.
Surviving are two children, Kevin Reppentine and son, Dominic; Kristin Tuttle and her children, Zachery, Joshua, and Jackson; beloved friend, Charles (Buck) Bauer; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Richard F. Reppentine, on November 13, 1990.
Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM in the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home, 270 Young St., where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11 AM. Memorial contributions to Hospice of Niagara or the South Wilson Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
