LOCKPORT —
Michael K. Marshall, December 17, 2012. Beloved husband of 45 years to Annette M. Marshall (nee LoVecchio); dearest father of Krista Oarcea, Dr. Keri (Douglas "Duffy") Marshall-Mackay; also survived by five loving grandchildren; dear brother of Patricia (Thomas) Shanley and Edward (Amy) Koban.
Mr. Marshall was a Vietnam Veteran in the U.S. Marine Corps, and a recipient of the Purple Heart Medal. He was a supermarket executive for the Peter J. Schmitt Company, and a retiree of Super Value. Mike was a culinary expert known for his "open door policy", generosity, and his homemade limoncello. Michael and his wife enjoyed extensive world travel. He was also a devoted grandfather who instilled a passion for the outdoors in all of his grandchildren.
The family will be present Thursday 4-8 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Drive (corner Parker Blvd.) where prayers will be offered on Friday at 10 AM and followed by a Funeral Service at 11 AM from St. John's Episcopal Grace Church.
