Yvonne R. Tracy entered into rest on January 23, 2013, at the Briody HCF. Born on January 13, 1923, in Lockport, she was the daughter of Clarence and Marie A. (Queffelec) Ives. Yvonne was predeceased by her husband, John Tracy, in 1997. She enjoyed bridge, golf, the NY Yankees and the Buffalo Bills.
Beloved mother of John P. Tracy, David Tracy, Kathleen (George) Grout, Thomas (Rose) Tracy and the late James Tracy; mother-in-law of Laura Tracy; cherished grandmother of Patrick, Sarah, Tracy, Brian, Matthew and Michael Grout, Michele and Shannon Tracy, Kimberly Pilarski and Dallas Tracy; sister of Hazel Disinger. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11:00 AM at All Saints Parish, 76 Church St. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements by the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, corner of Transit & Niagara Sts.
