LOCKPORT —
Marion E. Kedron passed away on August 7, 2012 in Briody Health Care Facility. Born on November 13, 1928 in Buffalo, she was the daughter Ignatius and Elizabeth (Timon) Passman.
Marion was a member of Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church, Pendleton Democrat Club, Lockport Amateur Radio Association, in Lockport, 65-year member of the German American Singing Society, Womens Choir Bavarian, sang with Banat Chorus at Carnegie Hall, was awarded the 2008 German-American of the Year, the Ladies Auxiliary of the following Wendelville Fire Co., VFW, American Legion, and US Landing Ships Tanks Association. She enjoyed birds and was very patriotic.
Marion is survived by her husband of 53 years, Joseph A. Kedron of Lockport; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Pete Passman.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, August 9th from 3-6 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 10th at 10 AM in Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Rd., Pendleton. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery. Donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
