BARKER —
Sandra Dankanich of Barker, native of Lima, NY, wife of Michael Dankanich, entered into rest on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at home. Daughter of the late Duane and Matilda Marks Harvey. Sandra was born on December 29, 1940 in Warsaw, NY. Michael and Sandra were married for 46 years. She worked at Harrison's Radiator for many years. Sandra enjoyed crafts, sewing, ceramics, reading and spending time with her family.
Mother of Alison Albers of Lockport, Johnna Albers of Tennessee, Michael (Vicki) Dankanich of Kenmore, NY and Mathew (Tracy) Dankanich of Tonawanda, NY. Sister of Sharon Rowlinson of Lima, NY and Cathy (John) Lox of Livonia, NY. Sandra had 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14108.
