GETZVILLE — Robert J. Mendola, of Getzville, NY, November 26, 2012.

Beloved husband of Jennifer G. (nee Mann); dearest father of Jamie (Hilary) of San Francisco, CA; Nicholas of Stockholm, Sweden and Samuel; son of the late Dr. Vincent and the late Josephine (nee Greco) Mendola; brother of Sandra Hebeler and Richard (Janet) Mendola of Ohio. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at THE URBAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 6685 Transit Rd., East Amherst, NY (south of County and North French), where services will be held on Saturday morning at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Niagara County SPCA.

Mr. Mendola was a member of the Kenmore West Athletic Hall of Fame and was an active coach in American Legion and AAABA baseball.
