Christine Lattimer, of Gasport, NY, wife of the late Clyde N. Lattimer, Sr., entered into rest on Thursday, May 10, 2012 in Briody Health Care Facility. She was born in Elmira, NY, on February 18, 1919, the daughter of the late Peter and Florence Clinton Simpson. Her husband, Clyde, died in 1957. She was a very endearing mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. Christine moved from Waverly, NY to Gasport in 1982 to reside with her daughter and son-in-law, the late Lucille and Frank Britt.
Mother of Gale Lattimer, Gary Lattimer, both of Marlton, NJ and the late Lucille Britt and Clyde Lattimer, Jr. Grandmother of Pamela (Timothy) Moriarity of Middleport, NY, Patricia (Robert) Riegle of Gasport, Christopher and Thomas Britt, both of Gasport, Hillarie McNally, Brandon Lattimer, Scott Lattimer, Kim Hyde, Jody Harvey, Sheri Lattimer, all of New Jersey and Robert Lattimer of Florida. Loving great-grandmother of Elizabeth and Stephanie Riegle, Timothy Moriarity, Scott, Timothy and Rachel Lattimer, Stephanie Harvey, Nicholas Britt and Jeff and Kyle Long. Dearest friend of Anna Marie Currie of Lockport.
No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on SATURDAY, May 19, 2012 at 12:00 NOON at Holy Trinity Parish/St. Stephens R.C. Church, 21 Vernon St. Middleport, NY. Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
