BUFFALO —
Tammy M. Sossong-Hook passed away January 28, 2013 in Buffalo General Medical Center. Born in Lockport on April 4, 1965, she was the daughter of Charles and Bonnie (Czerniecki) Sossong of Lockport.
Besides her parents, Tammy is also survived by her fiance' Eric Cummings; her children, Timmy Hook, Brook Hook and Jeremy Winters; sister of the late Charles "Chuck" Sossong; sister-in-law of Shannon Sossong; aunt of Chas and Connor Sossong; also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call Saturday, Feb. 2nd, 12-1 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport, where services will immediately follow at 1 PM. Donations to UNYTS, Inc., 110 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14203, would be appreciated by the family.
