LOCKPORT —
William G. Taylor of Lockport, NY, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at home. Born on February 17, 1934 in Lockport, he was the son of George and Florence Wagner Taylor.
He served in the U.S. Air Force in 1952 and retired from Harrison Radiator after 32 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is the husband of Alice Wolfe Taylor; father of Debra Taylor, Kimberly Taylor and the late William G. Taylor, Jr.; grandfather of Dawn Taylor, Derek Cruz and Megan Panell; great-grandfather of Joseph Taylor, Candace Heshke, Angelina Cintron, Amielia Cruz, Lydia Cruz, Niya Panell and Mya Panell; and brother of Evelyn Pittler.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM from Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 75 East Ave., Lockport, NY. Interment in Cold Springs Cemetery.
