DRUGS: Ashley I. Boyer, 23, 243 Chapel St., was charged Thursday with third- and fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance after police said they executed a search warrant at her home and found several pills that were not prescribed to Boyer.
ENDANGERING: Justine D. Crawford, 20, 25 Gabriel Drive, Apt. A, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The victim told Lockport police that Crawford started to yell at her about a broken computer cord. A report said the victim did not want to argue and attempted to leave before Crawford punched her several times. The victim then bit the suspect on the cheek and was then transported to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport for treatment. An order of protection was issued against Crawford.
Ransomville
DWI: Alicia Marie Lagace, 20, 4233 N. Ridge Road, Lockport, was charged Wednesday with aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with no inspection. A report said Niagara County sheriff’s deputies stopped Lagace on Saunders-Settlement Road after receiving reports that Lagace was driving drunk. She had a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent and failed four sobriety tests, according to the report. Lagace was remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.
