Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — The Town of Pendleton recreation department’s winter swim program has been canceled, Councilman Edward P. Harman said Thursday.
The six-week program was supposed to begin at 7 p.m. tonight at Starpoint and continue on Friday nights.Â
The town and district are still working out a recreation contract for 2013. The town uses school property to house its recreation programs.
