AMHERST — A 30-year-old Lockport man was killed in a motorcycle accident Thursday near the Erie County Community College North campus.
Michael Graham’s motorcycle struck a car that was leaving the ECC campus on South Youngs Road about noon. He was taken to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the car, Alicia M. Misiak, 18, of Cheektowaga, was taken to Sisters of Charity Hospital, St. Joseph Campus in Cheektowaga and was treated and released.
Amherst police continued interviewing witnesses on Friday, according to Capt. Patrick McKenna. High speed is a possible factor in the accident, according to McKenna.
Graham was operating a 2001 Suzuki northbound. Misiak was driving a 2002 Chevrolet.
