BLOTTER: Police reports published Nov. 8

Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

ASSAULT: Dominique L. Middleton, 20, 6553 Lincoln Place was charged with third-degree assault Wednesday. According to the report, the victim went to a friend’s house where he was questioned and accosted by Middleton on Oct. 20. Middleton threw a tablet at him, yelled at him and struck him several times in the side of the face. The victim suffered redness and swelling and went to the hospital for treatment. An arrest package was filed and Middleton turned himself in on Wednesday.

Wheatfield

BURGLARY: A Wheatfield-Pendleton Town Line Road resident reported a theft of Bulova watches valued at $700 on Tuesday. According to the report, the glass pane on the man entry door of his garage was broken.The watches were taken from the top of a dresser in the master bedroom. A possible witness reported seeing a car was occupied by two younger white males exite the vehicle and go  around to the rear of the residence. About ten minutes later the male came back around to the front, entered the white car after which it left the area.

STOLEN PROPERTY: Jared R. Matsulavage, 18, of Lockport was charged at 12:39 p.m. Tuesday by State Police with criminal possession of stolen property. An investigation is continuing.
