DWI: Patricia A. Taylor, 31, 195 Locust St., Apt. G, was charged Friday with two counts of driving while intoxicated. A report said police stopped Taylor on Green Street for speeding. Upon interviewing Taylor, police said she seemed intoxicated.

HARASSMENT: Mary Lou Schultz, 66, 4378 Townline Road, Lockport, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Deputies arrived at Schultz’s home, where they saw the victim sitting on top of Schultz. A fight reportedly broke out between the two when the victim tried to take away Schultz’s car keys, preventing Schultz from drinking and driving. Schultz then hit the victim and bit off the victim’s necklace, a report said. Deputies said Schultz was transported to Niagara Memorial Hospital and later released after she started punching and scratching herself, and pulling her own hair in attempts to blame the injuries on the victim. Schultz is scheduled to appear Tuesday on Town of Cambria Court.

LARCENY: Ian L. Regling, 22, 2800 S. Main St., was charged Tuesday with two counts of petit larceny. A report said Regling got into an argument with the victim about going shopping at Tops, then stole the victim’s car keys and $120, and ran away. Regling is scheduled to appear at 5 p.m. Tuesday on Town of Newfane Court.
