Double shooting in city

LOCKPORT — Lockport paramedics transport this unnamed victim from the 300 block of Washburn Street to an area hospital late Monday night. Lockport police were investigating a double shooting in the city, which occurred shortly before 11 p.m. One victim was transported to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport with non-threatening injuries. The second was taken the ECMC and his condition is unknown. Police would not confirm the location of the shooting, although they were focusing their investigative efforts on 21st Amendment at the corner of Main and Locust and 317 Washburn. Victims’ names and ages were not released and police did not say whether they had any suspects.
