Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — A Lockport man and woman were arrested after climbing up a fire escape and entering a Locust Street apartment near Walnut Street at 9 p.m. Monday.
Stanley E. Presha, 22, 142 Grand St. was charged with criminal trespass and aggravated unlicensed operation. Heather J. Wilson, 40, 81 Garden Street, Apt. G. was charged with criminal trespass,
While on routine patrol, police saw Wilson walk up the fire escape at the Locust Street address and go on the roof. The officer went to the roof and found Presha and Wilson enter the apartment building and enter the storage room.
The pair did not have permission to enter the building, according to the owner, and Presha and Wilson were arrested.
