MENACING:

David M. Douglas, 37, 4 Harvey Ave. front was charged with trespass, third-degree menacing and unlawful possession of marijuana Thursday. According to the report, Douglas entered the property of the South Niagara Street victim and threatened her. He claimed she owed him some money. Police found marijuana in his pocket.

HARASSMENT: Connie M. Herrick, 46, 6292 Corwin Station was charged with aggravated harassment Wednesday. According to the report. The sheriff’s patrol responded to Phillips Road for  an aggravated harassment complaint at 5:07 p.m. According to the report, the caller received several phone calls and voicemails on from Herrick for a few months. The caller says she fears for her safety. Herrick said that the caller sends her and her daughter text messages and calls them both names. Herrick was released on her own recognizance. The presiding judge issued an order of protection.
