CHARGED: Joshae C. Hudson, 28, 1011 Michigan Ave., Niagara Falls was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance Wednesday. According to the report, police found Loratab and Oxycodone in his vehicle in Lockport.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT: Tyrone M. Sanger, 38, 16 South St. Apt. 2 was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and tampering with evidence Wednesday. According to the report, Sanger was at the Willow Street home of the victim who had a full-order order of protection against Sanger from the Hartland Town Court. The victim said she had a number of phone calls that she believed came from Sanger. Sanger was arrested in front of his residence. He was advised not to touch his cell phone, but there was a call deleted.

Newfane

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: According to the Niagara County Sheriff's report, sometime between May 15 and May 30 an unknown person damaged several items that belonged to the Newfane United Methodist Church on Main Street. The suspect cut a screen on one of the church windows, but it did not appear that the attempt to gain entry into the window. A spotlight for an outside sign was scratched both pieces to the protective class for another outdoor sign. The damage was $340.
