City of Lockport
HARASSMENT: Norman A. Daniels, 39, 36 Spruce St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment, second-degree menacing and first-degree criminal contempt. According to the report, Daniels and the victim got into an altercation on Sunday on Main Street. Daniels allegedly pushed, struck and threatened the victim. There is a valid order of protection protecting the victim from Daniels. Daniels was located on Tuesday and taken into custody.
PETIT LARCENY: Christy L. Duntley, 21, 6733 Rapids Road, Apt. 213 was charged with petit larceny Monday. According to the report, Duntley attempted to leave a Rite Aid store without paying for two cans of Red Bull, a box of 5-Hour energy drink and a candy bar.

BURGLARY: A Locust Street resident reported that sometime Sunday, someone took a wooden jewelry box that contained items valued at more than $8,000. Missing items included two gold coins, a blue sapphire ring, a cameo pin, a rhodolite garment ring with diamonds, a gold necklace with cameo, a gold bracelet, a gold chain, two turquoise rings and pearl beads. There was $140 on a bathroom shelf that was missing, also., according to the report. A doorway appeared to have been forced open, and the chain was ripped out of the door jam.
GRAND LARCENY: Steel concrete forms valued $5,000 were reported stolen from a business on Hinman Road sometime Sunday or Monday. The owner found tire tracks going to the west corner of the outside parking lot and later learned that some unknown person had removed several steel concrete forms. The forms had light green primer and rust covering them.
Lewiston
MARIJUANA: Darryl E. Tomlin, 30, 4679 Creek Road, Lewiston, was charged with illegal signal, operation by an unlicensed driver and unlawful possession of marijuana Monday. Sheriff’s deputies observed a green pick-up on Indian Hill Road that failed to signal while turning right into Smokin’ Joes. According to the report, Tomlin had a smoking pipe used for marijuana and a clear plastic baggy containing suspected marijuana.
