City of Lockport
• DWI: Justin M. Ficarra, 25, 36 Waterman St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with two counts of driving while intoxicated. Police say he registered a blood alcohol content of .17 percent and failed several field sobriety tests. According to reports, Ficarra failed to stop at a stop sign at Genesee and Locust streets, then refused to pull over when police activated their emergency lights and siren.

• BURGLARY: A Lockport-Olcott Road man reported to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office that someone stole an estimated $840 worth of goods from his home, including video-game-related items.
