BLOTTER: Police reports published Nov. 17


City of Lockport

• HARASSMENT: Shannon L. Richardson, 31, 237 N. Transit St. was charged Monday with third-degree harassment and several traffic violations. Officers observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation off Lock Street and pulled the driver over in front of his residence. A police report said a woman then ran out of the residence yelling that Richardson had beat her up. Police took a statement from the victim and arrested Richardson.

Town of Lockport

• LARCENY: A Barker teen told Niagara County sheriff’s deputies that $250 worth of items were taken from her vehicle. She said two suspects were seen walking around the parking lot where her vehicle was parked.

• LARCENY: An Elmhurst Street man told deputies that over the weekend, his daughter’s $200 blue and silver Mongoose bicycle was stolen from the front porch of the residence. This is the third report of a stolen Mongoose bicycle in the past four days.

• LARCENY: Deputies were called to Hawley Street to interview a Buffalo woman who told them $114 worth of items were stolen from her purse.

Lewiston

• LARCENY: A Lockport woman told deputies her purse was stolen from her vehicle at Smokin Joes. The purse contained three prescriptions and a wallet with her ID in it, according to the report.
