• MARIJUANA: Scott M. Cummings, 34, 24 Vine St., was charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.
• CHARGED: Roxanne S. Rivers, 32, 178 Niagara St., Apt. 2E, was accused of second-degree criminal contempt. On Monday, patrol reportedly stopped a car driving south on South Transit Street for a traffic violation. Upon investigation, a police report said the suspect’s registration was suspended and that Rivers violated a court order issued by Judge William Watson ordering her not to operate a motor vehicle.
