• MARIJUANA: Lisa M. Kessler, 25 Harvey Ave., was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana. According to the police report, a controlled delivery of a package was made to the suspect’s residence. Police executed a search warrant, examined the package and found that it contained 13 pounds of marijuana, according to the report.
