BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 24


City of Lockport

HARASSMENT: Izayah L. Eustice, 18, 219 Park Ave. pt. 3, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment. The victim reported to police that she went to Franklin Avenue to confront the suspect about a problem she had. The two reportedly became involved in an argument that escalated when Eustice called the victim vulgar names and slapped her in the face. A police report said that an order of protection was issued against the defendant.

Town of Lockport

DWI: Christine L. Lepard, 40, 6408 O’Connor Drive, was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police responding to a report of a reckless driver on Beattie Avenue, stopped Lepard and asked her to perform three separate sobriety tests, which she failed, according to the report. Upon investigation, the suspect reportedly was also found with numerous pills. She was held in lieu of $350 bail.

North Tonawanda

DWI-DRUGS: Brandon D. Meyer, 20, 6245 Ward Road, Sanborn, was charged with driving while intoxicated by drugs at 12:35 a.m. Thursday. Officers observed a vehicle fail to yield the right of way at the intersection of Twin Cities Memorial Highway and Christiana Street, and a traffic stop was initiated. Meyer was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
