• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Coomer Road resident reported Monday that while inside his residence, he heard a loud crash. The victim observed the rear window smashed out on his 2006 Chevy Silverado, with additional damage done to the dashboard and radio. The patrol found two baseball-size rocks that had been thrown through the window.
• TRESPASS: Katelynn J. Voelpel, 18, 2765 West Creek Road was charged with trespassing. A McClew Road resident reported she saw Voelpel walking on her property Monday. According to the report, Voelpel had been advised previously she is not welcome on the property. Voelpel is scheduled to appear Tuesday in Newfane Town Court.
• DWI: Bradford J. Thompson, 56, 185 Mitchell St., Oswego, was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, speeding and disorderly conduct. Thompson was pulled over when officers observed a vehicle speeding and nearly running off the road into a ditch, according to the report. The patrol said Thompson appeared to be drunk and failed sobriety tests. While Thompson was awaiting one of the sobriety tests, he reportedly became hostile and verbally abusive with officers.

• PETIT LARCENY: A Niagara County Community College student from Medina reported Monday that an unknown person entered his vehicle that was parked in the southeast corner of the student housing parking lot on campus. A Sony Stereo/CD player and approximately 10 CDs valued at $220 reportedly were taken.
